A visa file is a story told in papers. The story has to be yours, and every page has to be true.
01
Every page has to be yours
We will not dress up a document, backdate a letter, or suggest that you borrow someone else's funds for a photograph. If a paper is not yours, it does not go in the file. That rule is the whole of this note. Everything else is a list that changes by country. The rule does not change. Edusolutions would rather send you home from Sidhartha Bharti Complex with an unfinished folder than send a polished lie to a visa counter.
Students sometimes think a small improvement is harmless: a duty rewritten on an employment letter, a balance parked for a day, a sponsor who is not really paying. Case officers compare pages. The passport, the bank, the campus, and the form are read together. A small improvement becomes a contradiction. Contradictions are how true applicants get refused.
If a previous refusal exists, it is a document too. Hiding it is a separate problem from the original refusal. Tell the desk at the start. The explanation can be drafted. The omission cannot be repaired once it is filed.
02
Before the country is chosen
Some papers are useful before you have a campus. A passport with enough validity and enough blank pages for the rule you will eventually meet. Marksheets, degree certificates, and transcripts if a university has asked. Evidence of English only when the campus or the visa requires a test. We do not send you to sit an exam for decoration, and we do not skip one the form names.
Identity should be stable. If your name has been spelled three ways across school and university, pick the passport spelling and start aligning the others before you apply. Affidavits and gazette changes, where they are truly needed, take time. They are not a last-week task.
A gap year, a job, or a failed attempt at another country needs a sentence you can support. The sentence is not a document by itself, but the documents have to leave room for it. We write the timeline with you so the form, the resume, and the sponsor letter do not each tell a different year.
03
Money papers
Bank statements, a loan sanction letter if a lender has issued one, or a sponsor's papers if a parent is paying. The name on the money should match the explanation. A sudden deposit with no story is a problem we would rather solve in Lakdikapul than in a visa interview. If the money was a property sale, keep the sale papers. If it was a gift, keep a trail the officer can read. If it was a loan from a friend, understand that this may not be acceptable funds at all, and ask before you rely on it.
Showing the same rupees twice is a common accident. Families pay a tuition deposit from the account they meant to show as living funds, then cannot evidence the living funds. We draw both uses before you transfer. Education loan support, when you use it, keeps the sanction letter consistent with what the visa file claims. An application still sitting with the bank is not a sanction letter.
Cash is not a document. A locker, a relative's word, or a screenshot of a balance that no longer exists will not carry a file. If you cannot paper the money, the intake moves until you can.

After the offer, the country-specific page
Britain often wants a Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies from a licensed sponsor, plus funds and English that match the current rule. The United States starts from an I-20 issued by a SEVP-certified school, then a visa application and usually an interview. Australia builds on a confirmation of enrolment for subclass 500. Canada wants a letter of acceptance, proof of funds, and any provincial attestation in force that month. New Zealand wants an offer of place, funds, and insurance for the Fee Paying Student Visa. Europe splits: Germany, France, Ireland, the Netherlands, and Italy each add their own admission and residence steps.
Photographs, forms, medical certificates, biometrics, and police clearances appear when that route asks for them. They have their own validity windows. A police certificate that expires before the appointment is a certificate you will be taking twice. We put the expiry dates on the list.
Read the offer for conditions before you collect visa papers. A conditional offer is not the document a visa file wants. Finish the condition, or wait. Lodging early on a half offer feels diligent and reads as premature.
05
One folder, one scan, one spelling
Keep one folder. Scan each original once, in colour, with the edges visible, and name the file after the document rather than after the date you felt organised. Names spelled as the passport spells them. If something is missing, it stays on the list until it is real. A placeholder page helps nobody.
Originals stay with you unless a specific step truly needs them. We do not hold passports as a way of holding the client. When a submission needs an original, we say why and when it comes back. You should be able to list every page in the file without opening it. If you cannot, the file is not ready, even if it is thick.
Translations, where a country asks for them, come from a translator the instruction accepts. A cousin who speaks the language is not that translator. We would rather add a week than add a page an officer will set aside.

Bring the pile before you book the day
WhatsApp +91 96181 18908 or +91 79971 64240, email edusolutions68@gmail.com, or visit Sidhartha Bharti Complex, Lakdikapul, Hyderabad 500004, before you pay a visa fee. Say the country and whether you already have an offer. Bring the passport and the offer if they exist.
We will tell you the usual pile for that route and the pages that are still missing. We will not tell you the visa is likely. The embassy, visa centre, or immigration authority decides. Rules change. A complete, true file is the only advantage this desk is willing to arrange.
Bring the file to Lakdikapul.
