Skilled visas

A closed leather portfolio and reading glasses on a desk

This file is for people who already have a qualification and work history, and who are not asking only about a campus.

01

Who this file is for

Skilled visa guidance at Edusolutions is for applicants whose question is about work, points, a sponsor, or a skills assessment, not only about a classroom. Canada, Australia, the United Kingdom, and New Zealand are the countries we are usually asked about. The United States treats employment visas differently again, and we will not describe an American work visa as if it were a points grid from somewhere else.

Countries publish different tests. Some use points that move with age, education, language, and experience. Some want a job offer or a sponsor before they will look at you. Some assess the trade or the profession before they look at the visa. The first meeting is to see which of those shapes, if any, matches your passport, your age, your qualification, and the years you can document.

If you are hoping a student visa will quietly become the work visa you actually want, say that at the start. We will tell you whether the country publishes a later work route, and we will not pretend the student visa is that route. A course you do not want is a poor disguise for a work application, and it is not a service we sell.

02

Evidence before enthusiasm

A skilled file stands on documents you can show. Degrees and transcripts. Employment letters that name duties, dates, and pay in a way a third party can read. Licences where the occupation needs one. Language tests where the route names a test. We read those papers against the current rule, not against a cousin's experience from three years ago.

Gaps matter. A missing year, a title that does not match the duties, or a qualification from an institution we cannot verify will be questions in the room before they are questions in an assessment. If the evidence is thin, we say the route is not ready. We do not thicken it with adjectives.

Age, family members, and where you want to live inside a country can change the points or the visa subclass even when the occupation looks right. We ask those questions early. A file built for one state, province, or sponsor does not automatically fit another.

03

Routes are not interchangeable

A points grid is not a job offer, and a job offer is not a visa. An employer letter may be necessary and still not be sufficient. A skills assessment may be positive and still leave you short of the score, the sponsor, or the quota that month. We keep those layers separate so you can see which one is actually blocking you.

We will not tell you to resign, sell property, or book a move on the back of a draft. Preparation can include gathering papers, booking a required test, and checking whether your occupation is on a list the country has published. It does not include a prediction that the list will still love your profile next season. Lists change. When they change, the file is read again.

If your profile is closer to a student route than a skilled route, we will say so. Study is not a consolation prize we attach to a failed work idea. It is a different file, with different money and a different visa. You should choose it because you want the course, not because a work route was closed and nobody told you.

04

Family members are not a footnote

A spouse's age, qualifications, and language scores sometimes add points and sometimes add a separate application. Children change the funds and the forms. We ask who is travelling before we describe a route as open. A plan that works for one adult and fails when the family is added is not a plan we leave half-said.

Dependent rules are the country's, not ours. Some student visas allow a spouse more readily than some work visas, and sometimes it is the other way around. We will look up the rule that applies to your route when you apply. We will not recycle a family story from a different visa and a different year.

05

What a consultancy can and cannot do

We help you gather the documents the published route names, check them for internal consistency, and explain the steps in an order you can follow. We do not grant the visa. We do not influence the case officer. We do not sell a priority that the authority has not published. If a form asks a question, the answer has to be yours and it has to be true.

We will not invent employment, alter a date, or suggest a marriage, a job, or a address of convenience. If the honest reading is that the route is closed, that is the advice. You can still ask another licensed adviser to read the same facts. You should not ask anyone to read different facts.

How to begin

Message +91 96181 18908 or +91 79971 64240 and say skilled visa, the country you have in mind, your qualification, and the rough years of work you can prove. Email edusolutions68@gmail.com if you prefer. The office is Sidhartha Bharti Complex, Lakdikapul, Hyderabad 500004.

Bring identity, qualification papers, and work letters if you have them. If you do not have the letters yet, the first meeting can still decide whether those letters are worth chasing. Rules change. The authority named on the form decides the file. This page is guidance from a Hyderabad desk, not a grant and not a score.
