Immigration

Two closed passports and a house key on linen

A wider desk for questions that are not only about a campus: work routes, dependents, and long-stay plans.

01

When the question is wider than a course

Study files often grow a second question. A spouse wants to know if they can travel. A parent asks about a later work visa. Someone with experience asks whether a skilled route is more honest than a course they do not want. Immigration guidance at Edusolutions is that second question, handled from Sidhartha Bharti Complex, Lakdikapul, without pretending we are a government office or a court.

We sort the question into a route a country has actually published. Work, family, and long-stay plans each have their own forms. A student visa is one route. A skilled visa is another. A dependent visa is another. They can be related, and they are not the same application. Putting the right label on the question is half the work, because the wrong label produces a file that answers a question nobody asked.

The countries we are usually asked about are the same six regions as the study desk: the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and named countries in Europe. The immigration rule inside each of them is still its own. Ireland is not Germany. A Canadian study permit is not Canadian residence. We will not give you a sentence that covers all of them.

02

Spouses, children, and parents

If someone else is travelling, say so before the primary application is filed. A spouse may need their own visa, their own funds, and their own statement of what they will do on arrival. Children change the forms and sometimes the funds. Parents are often on a different, harder route than a dependent spouse, and a visit is not the same as a move.

We will not suggest a marriage, a divorce, or a dependant you do not have in order to fit a form. Family facts are either true or they are not in the file. If the true family does not fit the route you hoped for, we look for a route that fits the family, or we tell you the hope is not a route.

Timing matters. Some countries let a spouse apply with the student. Some ask the student to start first. Some bar dependants from a particular course level. Those settings change. We check the setting for your course level and your country when you are ready to file, and we do not rely on a forum post from last year.

03

Work routes beside study

A person who already has a qualification and years of work may be looking at a skilled route, not a campus. That conversation belongs on the skilled visa file, and we will move it there rather than wrap a diploma around it. A person whose trade does not require a degree may be looking at a narrower published work route, if one exists. If it does not exist, we say so. We do not create a category between the two.

Later work, after a degree, is a separate conversation from the student visa. Some countries publish a post-study work period. That period is not permanent residence, and it is not a job. If a later work visa matters to you, we say whether that country publishes one. We do not pretend the student visa is that visa, and we do not let a marketing line about settling abroad into the file.

The United States, in particular, should not be described with vocabulary borrowed from Canadian or Australian points systems. Employment visas there follow their own petitions and their own employers. If that is your question, we treat it as its own question.

04

Long stay is a series of permissions

People use the word immigration for a life, and the forms are for a permission. A permission has an end date, conditions, and a way to lose it. A long stay is usually a series of permissions, each earned on the rule in force at that step, not a single stamp that settles everything. We explain the step you are actually on.

We will not map a ten-year life on a page. We will map the next permission: the visa you can apply for now, with the facts you have now. If a later step is published, we will say it exists and that it can change before you reach it. If it is not published, we will not sketch it in pencil and call it a pathway.

Refusals, overstays, and previous names are part of the facts. Tell us. A file that hides a refusal is a worse file than a file that explains one. We would rather rebuild the explanation in Hyderabad than have a case officer find the gap.

05

Our role, stated once

We prepare files and explain routes. The authority named on the form decides. We do not issue invitations, clearances, or waivers the authority has not published. We do not ask you to sign a blank form. We do not keep your passport as a way of holding the work. Originals stay with you unless a specific submission truly requires them, and then the reason is said out loud.

Fees for our work are explained before the work. Government fees are separate. Anyone who tells you the visa is already approved, and that only a balance payment stands between you and the stamp, is not describing this office. Walk away from that sentence wherever you hear it.

Bring the real question

WhatsApp +91 96181 18908 or +91 79971 64240, email edusolutions68@gmail.com, or visit Sidhartha Bharti Complex, Lakdikapul, Hyderabad 500004. Say whether the question is a spouse, a parent, a work route, or a long stay beside a study plan. Name the country.

If the honest answer is a student route, we move you to that file. If it is skilled or unskilled, we use those checklists. If no published route fits, we will tell you, and we will not sell a nearby story to fill the silence. Rules change. The decision stays with the authority on the form.
